Is this a physical product?

No. All my cursors are sold as instant digital downloads, .zip files in particular. You will not pay for any shipping, nor will you receive any physical items from this purchase. You will receive the digital download once payment is confirmed.

What exactly is in each pack?

A computer cursor has 17 different states depending on what you're clicking on. My packs have ALL 17 of those! Normal select, link select, so on and so forth.

Are all of your cursors animated?

Most of them are! Check the title, if it says animated, then the answer is yes ;)

Do you accept commissions or custom orders?

On occasion, but I simply must be inspired by your idea. (It really does depend on the season, however). But nonetheless, feel free to message me and ask! Email me at support@cursorcore.com.

Do your cursors work on MAC computers?

Unfortunately, I have not found a way to install custom cursors to MAC devices yet. Key word "yet."

How big are your cursors?

Every cursor, whether animated or not, is 32 x 32 pixels.

Do you accept refunds or cancellations?

Not typically, but in the case of a refund request, do tell me what the issue is and I will remake the pack or switch it out for a different one if I have to to make things right!

The cursor is too small on my screen after installing, can it be made bigger?

100%. Just message me (support@cursorcore.com) and I'll make you a bigger version. I've had this happen particularly with people with 4K monitor setups. In the near future, I endeavor to have size options for all my products.
